We are proud to state that all of the miniature horses in our program have been adopted from So Cal Mini Horse Sanctuary located in Hemet, California.  We believe in the saying “don’t shop; adopt!” and our actions speak to this. A.U.M. chose to forgo purchasing miniature horses bred to be tiny as therapy horses. Instead we rescued and rehabilitated minis that were destined to be slaughtered or meet some other heinous end.  Each one has a particular story and are now loved and cared for in their forever home while providing services and smiles to so many!​
